Card Game Kickstarter Pitch by John August

One Hit Kill is a new card game in which players race to construct weapons that can knock out their opponents in a single blow. (A One Hit Kill.) It draws from traditional card games like gin and poker, along with European-style games like Catan and Ticket to Ride.

Composing music for a Kickstarter pitch was a fun challenge. We needed to start epic and dramatic, but then bring the scale down to something friendlier and plucky to match the energy of the pitch itself. We ended up with something that sounds a bit like Lord of the Rings, and then shrinks down to a little shanty. I have this card game now. It's super cool.
